Here is what your cleaning could look like:

The Basics - (all living areas)

  • Laundry – all linens (including towels) washed, dried & put away
  • Light switches, door handles & surrounding areas are wiped down
  • Dust and polish all furniture
  • Straighten sofa cushions
  • Clean mirrors
  • Dust windowsills & blinds
  • Sweep, mop & vacuum all flooring
  • Vacuum stairs
  • Empty all wastepaper baskets
  • Check for personal items left behind
  • Check for anything is missing or broken.
  • Inventory Inspection / Checlist
  • Pictures of All Rooms (before/after)

Kitchen

  • Wipe down the top & front of all appliances
  • Microwave cleaned inside & out
  • Empty dishwasher & put dishes  away
  • Empty refrigerator of all perishable foods, wipe down shelves if necessary
  • Cabinets wiped & spot cleaned
  • Counters cleaned, everything picked up & wiped down
  • Sinks scrubbed & sanitized

Bathrooms

  • Counters cleaned, everything picked up & wiped down
  • Sinks scrubbed & sanitized
  • Mirrors cleaned
  • Cabinets wiped & spot cleaned
  • Tubs, showers & toilets cleaned & sanitized

Bedrooms

  • Wash / Change linens & make up beds
  • Laundry of towels, folding, & placement in bathrooms.

  • Wipe down patio furniture & sweep porch(s)/ decks.

We will quickly notify you of the condition in which the property was left, so that you can efficiently process your rental deposits.

Q. What if someone leaves the property extra dirty or if every linen in the property is used?
A.

Properties left excessively dirty or if we have a lot laundry, we will notify you by phone to let you know that additional time is needed and you will be charged accordingly.

Q. Can you change light bulbs, air filters and etc.?

Absolutely, we charge a $35.00 per hour for tasks over and beyond cleaning. We charge a concierge fee of $35.00 per hour.

Q. What if we run out of basic supplies for our property?

Q. We live out of town, what payment arrangements can we make?
A.

We accept Secure Online Bill Pay and / or you can also Pay by Check & Cash.

Q. What if someone gets locked out or I need you to go to my property to take care of something unexpected?
